We measure our employees’ performance according to a system which is based on individual goals and abilities. There are five aptitudes expected of every employee at Eksim as follows;

In addition to the above-listed expectations, each employee will be deemed with an additional five expectations based on their specific department. At the end of every year, the employees’ performance is calculated according to the company-wide aptitudes, to their department’s abilities and to their individual goals. Our performance system is integrated with perks such as: salary increases, bonuses, career planning and education courses. This system guides our low-performing employees while at the same time rewarding the high-performing employees.
